Discover within the family home, this atypical and charming studio, furnished with a subtle blend of old and modern with its mezzanine and exposed beams. This 3*** studio is located just 8 km from Jonzac, you will find all amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, Les Antilles water park, Casino and the "Chaîne thermale du Soleil". You are also ideally located for visiting the area (La Rochelle, Bordeaux, Royan, Cognac, Angoulême). The space You will feel at home with all the necessary equipment and comfort (hob, oven, air conditioning, 160 bed, BZ, mezzanine lounge tv...) as well as the adjoining park that is dedicated to you with sunbathing and armchair. Subject to availability, we can offer you tickets for the Antilles de Jonzac at a preferential rate. Pascal, my husband, will be happy, if you wish, to tell you about his business and show you the distillery. ATTENTION: we do not sell wines & spirits on the property. Guest access The house has a common reception room for the three accommodations. Access to the agricultural equipment shed is PROHIBITED. Other things to note We don't do self check-in. Check-in is between 6pm and 9pm, no very late check-in for everyone's sake. All special requests will be made through the Airbnb messaging system. Checkout 10am On your departure the dishes must be done, the garbage cans emptied, the sheets placed in the bathroom with the towels, do not mop the floor. Close the door of the accommodation with the key as well as the entrance door and then place it in the stone mailbox which is on the terrace.
