The Old Allotment is a new build with plenty of outside space and parking. It has a modern wet room and a fully fitted kitchen with oven and gas hob and fridge/freezer. The accommodation is fully insulated and has full central heating with a simple to use room thermostat. There is a smart tv in each of the two bedrooms and one in the living area.
