Beautiful family house nearby Amsterdam

Beautiful, modern and cozy family house close to Amsterdam. Situated in front of river 'de Vecht'. There is a jetty in front of the house, so you can easily make a swim or sup. A perfect spot to enjoy a holiday feeling. We are surrounded by fields, lakes and small beaches. Our house is located in a nature reserve where you can make beautiful hikes and cycling trips and super close to Amsterdam & Utrecht ( 20 min). In the garden you'll find a nice terrace, trampoline and a veggie garden. The space Our modern designed house (255m2) is completely made of wood and decorated with lot's of love which gives it a cosy feeling. Because of the big windows there is a lot of light all day inside the house. People get an instant holiday feeling when entering our house. They experience it as a Swedish summer house during the day, while in the evening as a mountain chalet. We have enough space so you can be here with a bigger family. Our house is equipped for a family with children, so there is a lot of toys and games available. The outdoor living is an important part of our daily life. You can sit in the lovely garden full of flowers with a great view, make a fire in the fire pit, jump on the trampoline and a veggie garden full of veggies when you are here! In front of our house we have a jetty on the river where you can sit and watch the boats coming by, take a swim, sail or sup. It is super nice to swim in the Vecht, the water is clean and it is safe. But you can also walk 5 minutes to the cristal clear Spiegelplas for swim. Or make a trip by boat to the lovely villages in our neighbourhood or to the cristal clear lake with small islands and beaches. On the ground floor you will find our hallway with toilet, a large open kitchen equipped with everything you need ao Quooker / Nespresso, a seperate cosy living room, a kids play area with gym & swing and a 2p guestroom with modern private shower. Everywhere you look there is a great view on the river or the fields around the house. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms; a master bedroom, pink room with 2 beds ( pull-out bed) , blue room with 1p bed and yellow room with kidsbed. There is a bathroom with view over the fields, a separate shower and again a large play area. All the rooms have a view and big windows. On the first floor you can also find a washing space with washmachine & dryer. Free parking is available for up to 4 cars. Furthermore, 2 bicycles are available to use. Our house is a lovely cosy place and equipped with everything you need. Feel welcome and treat it as your own house. Guest access You can use all our spaces except the attic. Other things to note The deposit is automatically withheld by airbnb and refunded within 24 hours. The house has neighbors. Parties are not allowed and we expect that there is peace at night after 22:00 for nature and the neighbors. Other guests other than those registered at the time of booking are not allowed. Noisy groups are not allowed. Waste is separated in this area. We request that you also take this into account. There is hand soap everywhere, a single toilet roll per toilet, washing up brush and washing up soap. So bring your own toilet paper, coffee cups dishwasher cubes, etc. We provide a basket of firewood for the fine wood stove in the house or fire basket outside. If you want more wood, please bring your own or pick it up at a gas station. We make use of an alarm system. We kindly ask you to use this system when you leave the house. Please note, the system in our house makes use of 2 camera's on the ground floor, we turn them off while you are in the house. Please be careful with children who can’t swim. We recommend swim vests or swim jackets when in front of the house or on jetty. The river is deep and accidents can happen quickly!
