Located in the business district of the plains of Central Luzon, Angeles City - an hours drive to the north of busy Metro Manila. Home to the Philippine's best cuisine, and the entertainment capital of Pampanga. Our weekend home, and favorite venue for gatherings is now available to anyone who wants to experience idyllic rural life, while still enjoying the amenities of a modern home. Only 2 kms away from downtown Angeles, 7 kms from Clark international airport. Our location is the only one of it’s kind in Angeles City as far as we know, you may never find a venue within the city itself which is so close yet so secluded. Guests are often surprised to the proximity of the property to the amenities of the city, and always remark how far removed they feel from the hustle and bustle of urban chaos, which is just meters away once they enter the property, an oasis in the heart of the city. The house sits in the middle of a 3 hectare (6 acre) fruit orchard. The original structure was built in the 1970's as a warehouse, it was converted to what we see now in the late 1990's, the swimming pool and pergola are recent additions. The style of the architecture is reminiscent of the traditional Filipino middle class home of the 19th century, also referred to as "bahay na bato", which literally means "house of stone", as opposed to traditional lightweight houses or nipa huts. I usually welcome guests myself and give them a tour, but you are also welcome to settle in by yourselves. We check the premises before guests check out, and take pictures of anything out of place, or make a note of violations to house rules. The neighborhood is semi-rural, the property sits 200 meters off of the main road, and the house is about 100 meters from the street, well insulated from the sounds of the city. Hospitals; Angeles University Foundation Hospital and Campus, Sacred Heart Hospital, restaurants, malls like the Ayala's Marquee Mall, Robinson's Angeles, SM City Clark, the city's entertainment district; Casino Filipino Angeles, world famous Fields Ave. walking street, shopping areas; Nepo CBD, Nepo Mart, the Apo district, old San Nicolas (downtown) market, and the heritage and cultural district; Sto. Rosario church, the grand old houses of brgy. Sto. Rosario, Pamintuan mansion, Museo ning Angeles and Museo Capampangan are less than 2 kilometers away, Clark International Airport, Fontana Leisure Estates, Mimosa Golf course and Clark International Airport is less than 10 minutes away. The night life in Angeles City is diverse and caters to all, from fine dining restaurants, bars, clubs, spas and casinos. Spending quiet time in the property is highly recommended, the pool has its own night light, and tables and chairs can be arranged under the pergola, and if you are feeling too relaxed to prepare and cook your own meals, food delivery is just a phone call away, it's like having room service but delivered to the countryside; most quick service food chains like Mcdonalds, Jollibee, Shakey's, KFC, Yellow Cab pizza, local favorites Junjuns BBQ, Armando's pizza and many more are a stones throw away. "The Yard Food Park" is right around the corner - a few minutes walk from our gate. But if you feel like doing your own barbecue, we also have a grill at your disposal. Accessibility is through private car or public transport (jeepney/trike), shuttle service can be arranged at the guests expense. Ride sharing is also available in the area through GRAB CAR. If you wish to purchase our orchards fruits, they may be bought by the kilo, but this would depend on which are in season and their availability. A karaoke machine may be requested for a fee (depends on availability). If you wish to bring your own karaoke/videoke machine, we charge a “corkage” fee for this. We have a zero tolerance policy to drug use or any criminal activity, we will summon the local authorities if we see any suspicious activities.
