You will have your own private bedroom in this bright and spacious apartment. Located in charming St-Clair West neighbourhood just minutes from St Clair West subway station (on the yellow line), Cedarvale ravine, great restaurants, and all amenities! The space This charming apartment is the perfect space to relax while you visit the city. It is a *very quiet* building located just minutes from St-Clair west where there is easy access to the subway (yellow line) and streetcar running east/west along St-Clair. The 24-hour bus on Bathurst street also stops at our door. Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen! There is coin laundry in the basement ($2/load). There is one queen sized bed and normally the space is available for one guest only. However, exceptions can be made for a short-term stay (message for inquiry). Guest access You will have your own private bedroom (queen bed), while the kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom are shared. There are lots of plants and light for an optimal work space :) During your stay I have lived in the city for 10 years and am more than happy to make suggestions and provide helpful tips (especially when it comes to art/culture, and the best 'foodie' stops).
