Newly built with travelers in mind. The rooms are spacious with Queen size beds (practically unheard-of in Japan). Smart TV, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee. The bathrooms are fashionable, with large walk in rain showers. LED mirrors to get you ready for whatever lighting you will encounter. Rooms have a bar fridge, microwave and kettle for you to store and prepare ready-made meals and drinks. All rooms come equipped with Air-conditioning, ceiling fans and black-out curtains. Ample storage space also! The space The room has a queen size bed and sofa bed. Sofa beds are available for more than 3 people.(No bed making fee required) If you book for 1 or 2 people, there will be no sofa bed bed making. If you are booking for 1 or 2 people and want to use the sofa bed, it can be prepared separately for 3000 yen, so please let us know. We are located in the heart of Ikebukuro, a 2-3 minute walk from Sunshine City (Pokemon Center, Aquarium, Planetarium - the list goes on and on). We are in a quiet neighborhood area, surrounded by apartments and small businesses, ample convenience stores and supermarkets are all within a block or two from our location. You can get pretty much anywhere in Tokyo in a 20minute train ride, and the station is less than 5 minutes walk. Super convenient! Other things to note The bedrooms are equipped with queen beds. The rooms also have a sofa bed, in the event that you require a sofa bed to be made into a bed, there will be an additional fee of 3000¥, for linen cleaning fee.
