Lovely double en-suite, former farmhouse parking

This room is on the first floor of a recently renovated, old Cornish former farmhouse . It overlooks the garden. It is room only with coffee and tea making facilities and has a mini fridge for cold drinks. It has a newly built private ensuite bathroom. Access is via a door on the garden side leading up a wide internal stairway with bannisters. There is a pretty garden to sit in. It is a fifteen minute walk from St. Ives town centre and beaches There is free parking for one car on the property. The space This pretty double room has a newly built ensuite bathroom with bath and overbath shower, heated towel rail wash basin and toilet. The bedroom has a chest of drawers and wardrobe. There are two tub chairs and a small table in front of the garden side window. The room has a silent fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Not suitable for self catering. The room is accessed from a door on the garden side of the house. There are two wide flights of stairs with banisters to go up, separated by a small middle landing and the room is at the far left of the first floor landing. This entrance is shared by guests staying in the other room which is at the opposite end of the landing. There are sensor lights in the garden and entrance to help guests find their way in the evenings. Guest access All guests can use the garden.There are separate, distanced ,seating areas in our garden for each set of guests During your stay We live a ten minute drive from the house. We like to meet guests and show them in when we can within check in times , but sometimes if not possible or for later arrivals we also have a key safe so that guests can check in themselves You can contact us of course by phone or text if you need any help. We just ask that you keep calls to us for between 8am and 9pm and only phone outside these hours if very urgent please. We will be at the property for periods on most days either gardening or doing changeovers of other guest rooms if you need us. Other things to note There are no self catering facilities. Please can guests avoid heavy footfall as the house has the original old wooden floors and there are guests directly below. We don't provide breakfast but there are plenty of good breakfast places in St. Ives. We provide free parking for one car.
