The Puyvinceau estate is the perfect place to relax in peace, without neighbors, close to nature in an authentic stone building dating from the 18th century, tastefully restored. A true haven of peace, surrounded by woods and meadows, this charming and characterful home is located just 15 km from the center of Périgueux, capital of Périgord Blanc. Come and enjoy with family or friends the 350 m2 of the house, the 6.5 hectares of land and its swimming pool. The space This old stone and exposed beam farmhouse has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for a capacity of 12 people. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance, a bathroom with toilet, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a large living room. Upstairs: a double bedroom on the mezzanine, a double bedroom, 2 children's bedrooms (double bed), a bathroom with toilet and a master suite with its bathroom/toilet and its private terrace. The beautiful size of the spaces guarantees you beautiful moments of conviviality. The exteriors, well appointed, will satisfy you at every moment of the day. You will enjoy the 10x5 m swimming pool (with alarm) with its very pleasant pool house equipped with a bench, sink, refrigerator, toilet and outdoor shower. All bed linen, hand towels , pool towels and tea towels are provided. For your convenience, the beds are made before your arrival. Baby equipment can be provided on request (crib, high chair... ) You will have access to the essentials (sopalin, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar). A deposit of €1,200 will be required upon arrival (bank transfer or uncashed check) and returned after checkout. For your information, the house has WiFi but the internet speed is not very fast. Domaine de Puyvinceau is located at: - 12 min to Périgueux shopping area; - 20 minutes from downtown Périgueux, rich with its Gallo-Roman ruins; - 40 min to the famous Lascaux Cave; - 1 hour from the must-see medieval town of Sarlat; - 1 hour from the beautiful Dordogne valley and its remarkable villages and castles; - 40 min from the Vezere Valley, Valley of Man, and its prehistoric treasures (Montignac, Les Eyzies, Rouffignac, Le Bugue, ... ); - 35 min from Hautefort and its elegant castle; - 40 min from Brantôme, nicknamed the Venice of the Périgord. Other things to note Access to the property is via a 1.6 km forest road, which will guarantee you absolute calm.
