Come put your hiking boots to work, or simply come for a restful weekend in nature. You'll love the beautiful Arkansas sunsets, full starry skies and more than likely see a few deer and other wildlife! The space Our cabin is composed of two separate levels. Either rent out the whole cabin, or if your party is smaller, a cheaper option is to rent out just one level. The levels are separated by locks, so your privacy will be maintained. Our top level or "Deer Cabin" consists of 1 master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, 1 secondary bedroom with a full-sized bed, a loft with two twin beds, 1 bathroom, a living area with sectional sofa sleeper (queen), full sized kitchen, and a front and back deck. Our bottom level or "Bear Cabin" consists of 1 master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, 1 secondary bedroom with a full-sized bed, 1 bathroom, a living area with sectional sofa sleeper (queen), a galley kitchen, and a porch. Other things to note If you google “Whitaker point trailhead” and bring up the map with gps while you have cell service it will lead you to the site. The cabin is 125 yds south of the trailhead in the clearing on the east side of the road (County Rd 5). It is 6 miles up the dirt road from Hwy 21 right before the Little Bufalo River bridge ( 1 mile from Hwy 21/43 intersection just past Boxley Valley Church). If you’re coming from Hwy 16 turn left 0.7 miles after the Red Star sign (there is a sign for Hawksbill Crag on the right - take a left there). The cabin is 6.5 miles up the dirt road (County Rd 5). Just stay on the main dirt road all the way and the cabin is on the right in the clearing right before the trailhead.
