Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, the sitting room warmly welcomes you upon arrival, providing cosy seating and a large flat-screen television. Moving into the airy and well-lit kitchen/dining area, enhanced by French doors, you'll find ample seating for up to six guests. The well-appointed kitchen boasts an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Completing the ground floor is a cloakroom with an additional WC. Ascending to the first level, you'll encounter three bedrooms. The master bedroom showcases a king-size bed and a private en-suite shower room. The second bedroom presents a double bed and boasts captivating sea views to greet you in the morning. Meanwhile, the third bedroom provides a single bed with a convenient trundle bed underneath, perfect for accommodating children or additional guests. Rounding off the first floor is a family bathroom equipped with a bathtub, overhead shower, wash basin, and WC. Outside, you are greeted with a garden and patio area with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue for your use, the perfect place to bask in the Cornish sunshine.
