Baan Chao Koh Cottage, quiet and by the sea

Cosy cottages 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ; sharing a swimming pool. nicely decorated, they also have a kitchenette, and a terraces. This is perfect for familly with 5 pers maximum. Please mention every person staying. ( from November to April, baby will also be paying for the extra guest counted ) The space The Villa complex comprising of 4 villas built around the shared swimming pool. Two villas sit on each side of the pool and although adjacent they do have a separation in between them keeping them peaceful inside. The villas are one storey and all rooms are built on the ground level. All the villas enjoy air con in every room and they are set out the same with decor and furnishings. From the outside you enter into the open plan lounge area, dining and kitchen. Two double bedrooms are located at the back of the villa and both bedrooms have ensuite facilities. one of the bedrooms has an option to sleep 3 persons with the 3rd person sleeping on a half day bed which allows the maximum of 5 guests per villa. Outside the villa you can relax in your own shaded terrace area, this includes a wooden table and seating for outside dining. Plastic chairs are also available which can be used near the pool also. The pool in the middle has a shallow end perfect for small children and offers umbrellas to protect from the sun. Their is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. The villa sits in its own private grounds with a high wall surrounding the grounds keeping the secluded and private. These villas are a great option couples and friends, families and large groups wanting to be close to each other. Guest access well positioned in Phra Ae’s main shopping and eating area. The Villa is located 80 metres from Long Beach which should take you no more than 5 minutes walk. This part of long beach is more quieter than the north but still enjoys some nice beach restaurants and very chilled out beach bars. How ever the Villa really benefits from being so close to many amenities which are situated along the road side. To go to the main road is only a 70 meter walk very easy for families with strollers. Other things to note READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING! * Electricity/water is always paid at check out : Electricity 8 THB/ kwh/ and water 30 THB/day (+10 THB/additional guest) * Base given rate is for 2 guests stay and sharing 1 bedroom. If you’re 2 persons and need two bedrooms extra person will be charge (400 THB.-/night) up on arrival. ** Important: from first November to End April, all guests (whatever the age) after 2 persons ( guest number 3,4,5) will be counted as an extra person which will be charged 500 THB.-per night. * Arrival time have to be mentioned (we do not provide 24hrs check in services ) * Shoes OFF in the houses * Music not allowed in garden. * After 9:00 pm absolute respect to the neighbors . * Smoking prohibited INHOUSE * Late check out is 500 THB.- (if available and max until 3:00 pm) * Invited guests during stay pay 400 THB.-night/guest * Extra towels Beach towels available (50 THB.-) * Baby Crib is available (100 THB.- /night) * Mattress dirty (pee) 3000 THB.-/cleaning (plastic protection (not furnished) is mandatory with small kids. *No party people please. *To keep our area privacy, we do not accept extra guests or friends staying all day long and using the premises , unless we have been informed during the booking process. (extra costs 600b/day will apply per guest visiting) * No SEAFOOD Cooking in houses ( curtains impregnated with fish smell will be charged for cleaning ) * House Cleaning costs (1200 bahts) concerns the check-out cleaning and/or a weekly cleaning (if stay is more than 7 days)
