It is located on the second floor in a quiet and secure residence with a caretaker and elevator, and also includes a laundry room, a dressing room, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, as well as a space in the residence’s covered parking garage and a small storage room for your bikes, surfboards, etc. Please note – Sleeping arrangements: For this reason, this accommodation is suitable for 4 or even 5 people; you have a double bed with a very comfortable Epeda mattress in the bedroom area, a sofa bed in the living room (large single but small double), and a fold-out extra bed for one person.
