Blairgowrie Back Beach Oasis is our slice of bliss! Our 3 bdrm holiday home with 3 bed studio is on a corner block in a quiet dead end street. The house is cosy, airy and a perfect retreat for family gatherings. A stunning secluded back beach is just a 5 min walk at the end of the street. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, 1 with qnbd, one dbbed, 1 twin bds. Studio qnbd and dbbed. We have 2 living areas, and an easily accessible yard useable yard. Ample parking on & off property. The space Blairgowrie Back Beach Oasis is located on a quite and lush block, surrounded by a mature garden creating privacy from the street and minimal neighbours. Open plan living on one level, the space is perfect for family gatherings and comfortably fits two families with children. The lounge has a large open brick fire place (wood provided) and a split system. An old style wood fire bbq as well as a gas bbq are available for use. Kitchen has brand new oven, dishwasher and all kitchen/dining utensils required for entertaining. BIR in all three bedrooms, Studio in the garden accommodates up to 4 with one queen bed and one double bed. A second full size fridge in the shed. Full size bath tub in the bathroom and a seperate toilet. And a 2nd bathroom/laundry with shower and toilet. Some board games and DVDs provided. Music system available (with smartphone connection). Guest access We have two separate driveways to park cars and an off street grassy strip opposite the house where several more vehicles/boats can be parked. Other things to note Please note we do not supply linen so you will need to bring: sheets, top sheet or doona covers, pillow cases, bath towels, tea towels and beach towels. We do have some linen for emergencies that we are happy for you to use for that unforeseen occurrence. An additional single mattress is located under the bed in the second bedroom (suitable for kids).
