Comfortable SUITE in the UNIQUE Paolyn Bamboo Houseboat located in an amazing private lagoon in Coron Island, few meters from Twin Lagoons and not far from Kayangan lake. Our Houseboats are off the grids (we produce our electricity and our fresh water) and totally eco-friendly (do not discharge anything in the sea). The water in the lagoon is clean and clear. Just jump and snorkel, kayak, standuppaddleboard, relax on the long chairs under the sun umbrella or take a sunbath, have a massage. The Bamboo Houseboat is in the same lagoon of our main Houseboat (100 meters far) that works also like private Italo Filipino restaurant for your meals. This SUITE has a big internal private bathroom, a private open cottage (where you can also eat if you do not want to eat in our private Italo/Filipino Restaurant) and two private platforms with long chairs and umbrella and from where to swim (one is 15sqm and the other is 36 sqm). You can also have Airconditioning (extracharge). End of 2019 we have further insulated the walls with special sound absorbing material. You have free use of Kayaks, SUPs and snorkeling gears. In the Bamboo Houseboat there are 4 identical Suites , each has one private corner of the houseboat. These Houseboats are the first in their kind in Philippines and they are located in a pristine lagoon in the limestone island of Coron: National Park, Marine Reserve and Unesco Biosphere site (Coron Island is different from Coron town that is located in another island named Busuanga). We will pick you up at the Coron/Busuanga airport (or in Coron Town) and bring you to our Houseboats (30 minutes Van plus 15 minutes speedboat). No pollution, no traffic, no noise. Amazing landscape with breathless landscape with steep cliffs and Karst rock formations made of Permian Limestone of Jurassic origin (that you can almost touch from the Houseboat! and that you can also see from your bedroom and from the tables at the restaurant), it offers superb snorkeling and it is totally quite except birds chirping and splashes of fish. Clean and clear water. It is the only place where to sleep and eat in all Coron Island (there is a special law that protects Coron Island where nothing can be built on land and nothing can be operated if creates pollution). You can just jump in the water from the platforms and go snorkeling or you can go with the kayak or the standuppaddleboard (the use of kayak, standuppaddleboard and snorkeling gears is free) to visit twin lagoons that is just the next lagoon. The houseboats are totally independent (OFF THE GRID) with 10kw solar panels, 6000 ah of batteries, 6 kw Inverters, 24 h electricity, 24h fresh water, kitchen etc. The Houseboats DO NOT DISCHARGE ANYTHING IN THE SEA. KITCHEN, TOILETS, SINKS AND SHOWERS DISCHARGE IN HOLDING TANKS AND THE CONTENT IS TRANSFERRED DAILY (SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY) BY TWO DEDICATED SERVICE BOATS TO A SIX STAGES SEPTIC TANK BUILT ON PURPOSE ON ANOTHER ISLAND ON THE TOP OF A HILL AND THERE IS AN SOLAR RUNNED STP MACHINE (DEPURATOR) AND THE END OF THE SIX STAGE. Each of this suites has a full time free kayak available so you can also freely move to the main houseboat where the restaurant is located (or you can call the staff by a provided and dedicated radio and they will come to pick you up by an elaectric or paddle boat!). So guests sleeping in these suites can eat in the main houseboat where the private italo filipino restaurant is located at the ground floor or they can ask to eat in their private dining/sitting aerea. It is a nice private open bamboo cottage (of course with roof!!) from where you have an amazing view. Guests just need to advise the staff so they can prepare all! How you can imagine the privacy of these Suites is little higher than the rooms of the Paolyn Houseboat. The walls of the different rooms are not touching each other so the insulation is higher (and we have recently added a special sound proofing material. The suites have airconditioning installed. if you really want it please specifiy it at the booking time but consider that there is an extracharge of 50 usd to use AC from 8 pm to 7 am (we are not able to run the AC with the solar panels and the batteries so we will have to run a generator that is located outside the lagoon in a floating house and connected with a special submarine cable to the houseboats. Monkey never approach the houseboats since they are worry to be eaten! In fact Filipino were used to eat Monkeys. Our Houseboats are 15 minutes far by speedboat from the town of Coron where there is public transportation and there are souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. In fact we connect to the same tower that is in Busuanga Island since in Coron Island there are not services (no tower, no water, no electricity, no restaurants, no hotels).
