Condo in Indian Harbour Beach

Two story townhome, 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, overlooks the heated community pool. Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Each bedroom has a large closet and queen size bed. We supply all kitchen supply’s. Large 18x20 patio which is perfect for enjoying the beach breeze. Beach is quick 3-4 minute walk, traffic light at corner to make for easy crossing. Rent includes all utilities including wifi. Community laundry room is 20 steps from the front door. Several Restaurants within walking distance. Other things to note Motorcycles not permitted on premises **Pillows and blankets provided. Guests are responsible for brining their own linen and towels** $150 application fee required by the HOA (you will pay the fee while applying and we will deduct $100 from your total) please note that the application needs to be submitted at least 8 days prior to arrival to ensure everything is processed in time.
