Recently refurbished 3 storey house in a quiet street on the Ormeau Road. The house is located approx 10 min walk from the centre of Belfast. It is also located near to Queen's quarter and is thus approx 10 mins walk from Belfast's famous University The space Set over 3 floors, the house is spacious, bright, inviting, carefully decorated throughout and clean white linens and towels. You’ll have free access to the dining room, kitchen and covered yard (with chairs) on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find the modern bathroom and toliet. The single room consist of a single bed with fresh bed linen, reading lamp, free high speed Wi-Fi access, and hair-dryer. All rooms are non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke in the enclosed back yard. Each room will also come with a welcome pack filled with brochures, taxi numbers, internet password, maps and recommendations for bars and restaurants in the area and within Belfast city centre. The living/dining room has a settee and dining table to enjoy your meals. Gas heating with hot water 24/7, the shower and toilet is shared with the other guests staying. Free parking in the street. unfortunately I can not offer an early check in. check in is 4pm. The property does not offer a luggage storage facility. There is lockers in the visitor city in belfast city centre. Cut off for check in is 10pm, unfortunately we can't do a check in after this time Guest access Guests have access to their own room, the bathroom (a separate toilet), the shared dining room/living room and the kitchen (for tea/coffee). unfortunately I can not offer an early check in. check in is 4pm. During your stay I live about 10 minutes drive away, and am always available to answer any question, and to deal with any problems that may arise. But unless I'm needed, I don’t intrude on visitor’s privacy. Other things to note Belfast is great for a city break with excellent museums, galleries, shopping, architecture, nightlife and the fantastic Titanic experience and Quarter. Not forgetting the beautiful grounds of Belfast Castle which is also home to Belfast Zoo and Cavehill walk with spectacular views of Belfast City and Lough, this is a 20 minute drive from the house or you can hoop on a bus. For The Game of Thrones fans you can enjoy a day up the Antrim Coast and see where different parts of the series where filmed, you can enjoy the drive up or sit back and enjoy the Game of Thrones bus tour that leaves from Belfast City Centre. The Antrim Coast is also great for the walkers and people just wanting to enjoy the spectacular coast line. So as you can see there is so much to do in Belfast and that’s only a few I have mentioned. This house is a great base to start exploring Belfast and surrounding areas. I look forward to welcoming you.
