I offer a nice little accommodation, fully independent and private, furnished in a wing of my large house, on 5000 m2 of enclosed garden. Separate entrance, small kitchen, large bedroom of 35 m2, 140 cm bed, bench, desk, TV, bathroom, toilet. Linens provided. Outside small terrace, deckchairs and garden! Car on the property. Dogs are welcome under certain conditions, contact me to discuss. The space The accommodation consists of a small bright room on the ground floor, fitted under the whitewashed beams in the kitchen and dining area. At your disposal: sink with hot water, microwave, gas stove with oven, table-top fridge, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cleaning products, sponge, garbage bags, tea towels. Upstairs, first a hallway with board games and books available, then your bedroom, very spacious, warm, comfortable, with TV, a large double bed, a sofa bed, a desk, storage, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. An air cooler and fan available in summer, central heating in winter. Sleeps up to 3 people: 1 bed of 140 and a convertible bench. Linens provided. For your comfort, all windows are equipped with blinds and shutters. Outside, a terrace for you alone with tables and a small barbecue, a very large fenced and wooded garden at your disposal with deckchairs. Car parked in the closed property. Other things to note Monthly rental possible off-season, please let me know if you have any questions. Dogs must be kept on a leash if they are likely to be too aggressive, otherwise they can walk freely and play with my Irish Setter dogs. We also have a sheep in a pen! Linens provided. Cleanliness: I do not charge a cleaning fee, so the premises must be left perfectly clean, in the condition in which you found them. I maintain the accommodation alone, and I ask you, out of respect for my back, to sincerely clean carefully, especially if you have a dog... Basic necessities available: hand wash, toilet paper, cleaning products, dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bag, dish towels, paper towels, oil, vinegar, salt.
