We welcome well behaved pets but owners of pets (ostensibly dogs) should note that due to the extra cleaning and increased wear and tear to the property caused by pets there is a pet fee payable. Also to note that pets CANNOT be left un-supervised in the property, they are also NOT allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Although the garden is enclosed it is by no means completely dog proof; the Annex is in close proximity to farmland so dogs need to be supervised at ALL times. Apologies for the apparent plethora of rules but these have come from our experience of hosting guests with pets and it's better for guests to be aware of our expectations before they book.
