To best enjoy your stay at the villa we highly recommend that you have transportation such as a hired motor vehicle Security Deposit & Electricity Usage: Please note that a security deposit will be requested by the local agent upon Check-in as follows: 14 nights stay or less THB 5,000 or over 14 nights stay THB 10,000. This is to be paid in Cash to our local agent who will hold this for the duration of your stay and then refunded upon check-out, less any agreed deductions for any assessed property, furnishing or other fixture/fitting damage or balanced owing for electricity use. Electricity usage will be charged via jointly reading the electric meter with the Client upon Check-in / Check-out and is charged at the current base rate of 7 THB per every 1 KWh of Electricity used. Cleaning: The property is cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. Cleaning charges during your stay may be arranged at additional cost.
