The completely renovated, listed farmhouse in Riederau am Ammersee (BJ 1770) with 360 square meters of living space is known as Gut Stohrerhof. With its 14 rooms, 5 fireplaces, a 1000 sqm garden, its historic chapel and many extras, you will not miss anything. Boat jetty, beach and of course the Ammersee are within walking distance of 10 minutes from the farm. 2 restaurants are in the immediate vicinity in the village. The space The impressive, charming house Even when you stand in front of this stately Gründerhof of Riederau and open the beautiful historic front door, you get the feeling of having arrived at a special place. Here you can directly feel that modernity and the past have been carefully and convincingly combined. The spacious hallway (22 sqm) on the ground floor with direct and indirect lighting and central smoke detectors as well as USM Haller shelves offers direct access to all rooms. In addition to the bright wardrobe (5 sqm) with a shoe cleaning machine, you can directly enter the historic farmhouse (28 sqm) with its beautiful basic oven and a large living room table (for up to 15 people), which was created from the ancient floorboards of the living room floor. All furniture has been lovingly designed by outstanding carpenters. The chairs were individually manufactured especially for this room of the highest quality. In this house, we have left nothing to chance. We have placed particular emphasis on the historical restoration of this room with its old wooden ceiling and the original 18th century farmhouse door. Opposite the historic parlor is the spacious cloakroom (5 sqm) for shoes and coats. Directly adjacent to the parlor is the modern and fully equipped carpenter's kitchen (20 sqm), with high-quality kitchen appliances. In addition to the dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, you will of course find a coffee machine for coffee and espresso beans, raclette grill for 12 people (another raclette grill for 4 people is in the penthouse kitchen), toaster, electric citrus press, kettle and also a milk frother. The dishes, glasses and cutlery are provided in sufficient quantity for up to 16 people. Next to the kitchen you enter the lounge (21 sqm), which is equipped with a high-quality exclusive sofa bed (1.90 x 2.00 m) and can also serve as a sleeping room for two other guests. Or you can use the lounge as a retreat to read and relax. This room is equipped with another fireplace. Let yourself fall into the cozy room for the most beautiful hours of the day. Different lighting scenes are already programmed and can be accessed directly via the switches. And if you like it very cozy, just use the base lighting, which can also be used optionally throughout the house. Also from the spacious hallway you can reach our garden room as another bedroom (30 sqm) with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a single bed (0.90 x 2.00) with direct access to the large 1,000 sqm garden. This is followed by the tasteful bathroom (8 sqm) with underfloor heating and towel dryer, which is tiled with the highest quality Canadian green slate. In addition to the shower with Dornbracht fittings, the exclusive onyx washbasin is also impressive. High-quality towels are of course available for every guest. The former servant's room (13 sqm) of the manor is our Golden Room and third cozy bedroom on the ground floor with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00). This also adjoins the tasteful bathroom (8 sqm) with underfloor heating and towel dryer, which is tiled with the highest quality Canadian green slate. On the ground floor you can also use the washing machine and dryer if the vacation wardrobe you brought with you runs out. A vacuum cleaner is also at your disposal. The historic wooden staircase leads directly to the stately upper floor with four more rooms. The light-flooded hallway provides direct access to the beautiful and bright bedroom/living room (28 sqm) with two high-quality Lambert lobby armchairs and an exclusive sofa bed by Franz Fertig (1.80 x 2.00) and timeless USM Haller shelves. In addition to the high-quality music system (Bluetooth capable of connecting any smartphone or tablet) with impressive designer boxes, there is of course also a high-quality record player and a CD changer with an extensive CD collection, as well as games for the family. The fireplace in this room invites you to spend many cozy hours with a cozy glass of wine. Firewood is provided in sufficient quantity directly at the house. Alternatively, you can enjoy the TV program of the day in this room via the large flat-screen TV. The three other rooms on the upper floor are the dressing room (20 sqm) with trouser iron, a bedroom "master bedroom" (21 sqm) with double bed (1.80 x 2.00), as well as the 30 sqm bathroom (underfloor heating, towel dryer) with shower, bathtub, fireplace and a toilet with bidet that can be accessed from two sides. All these rooms stand out for their modernity and also for their particularly exclusive design features with elegant jatoba floor, Canadian green slate, the freestanding bathtub, the fireplace, the spacious shower room with heated shaving mirror, the onyx washbasin and last but not least the high-quality Dornbracht fittings. In the master bedroom there is also another TV at your disposal. High-quality Bassetti towels are of course also available on this upper floor for every guest. Via the historic wooden staircase you can now directly reach the exclusive and light-flooded new penthouse (about 100 square meters) which is designed as a loft. The penthouse has two double beds specially designed by our carpenter (1.80 x 2.00), two bathrooms, a shower and a separate kitchen. The completely glazed gable side gives you a wonderful view and the beautiful fireplace invites you to spend cozy hours by the fire. The Garden Of course, we don't want to forget the over 1,000 square meter, particularly beautiful cottage garden with old trees, many flowers and the two large terraces, which you can reach directly from the kitchen or the floor bedroom. Of course, there is a professional gas grill at your disposal to entertain your friends. The eye-catcher is our "Traidkasten" from 1695, as well as the Asian loungers in the garden area. Seating is available in four different places for 16 people in the garden or on the terraces. The large parasols protect you from the hot sun, which delights the large area all day (unless clouds cover the sun). Our chapel If you want to hold an intimate wedding or a memorial, our own small listed chapel for up to 30 people offers you a worthy place. Just contact us to use it. We are happy to open this space for you. There is a separate usage fee. The surrounding area It's still an insider tip – the Ammersee. There are special costs that you can coordinate directly with us. Please note that bachelor and bachelorette parties or similar events with noise pollution are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms throughout the property. Smoking facilities can be found in the garden and on the terraces.
