Nice fully furnished apartment in a peacefull subdivision (Nova-Tierra-Village) at Lanang, Davao-City. Close to airport, beach and city-proper. Cheaper than a simple hotel room. Be our guest as tourist, transient or businessmen. We are happy to serve you! The space The apartment is a part of the main house but with its own entrance-door. Its newly renovated and we hope you will miss nothing for your stay. One sleeping room (with aircon) with double-bed (high-quality mattress) shelf-unit and cabinet. The combined kitchen and sala includes all things you need (cooker, rice-cooker, toaster, kitchen utensils and chrockery, big refrigerator, dining table). You can watch tv (flatscreen with G-Sat paytv) and use the fibr-wifi. The washstand (with big mirror, shelv unit and international socket) is separate to the bathroom. Inside the bathroom (with window) is a toilet in international size with bidet shower. The shower area is separated with a dividing wall. A hot shower is installed, of course. Toilet paper, towells and soap is provided for our guest. Infront of the frontdoor you can use the terrace, we provide a table and chairs. You receive the keys for the gate and your front-door. Electricity and water costs are included. Guest access You can use the washroom (direct access from the apartment) and clothesline, too. Landline telephone in the main house, free WIFI at the apartment. Other things to note Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, but you can smoke outside, of course. We don´t accept sex tourism.
