The space "Bodawel" is a cosy Victorian property, renovated to a high standard. It sits in the village of Llanllyfni, on the western edge of the Snowdonia National Park, between the mountains and the sea. Sleeping accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms: 2 spacious doubles and one single, but with additional full-size trundle bed meaning that six adults can be accommodated.The bathroom is spacious and includes an attractive "roll-top" bath. In terms of living space, there is a comfortable lounge with log-burner sitting in an original stone hearth. A separate dining room gives ample space for mealtimes. The kitchen is modern and is well appointed with oven (gas hob, electric oven) fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in an outhouse. The garden provides stunning views on all sides, including of Snowdon through the imposing Nantlle Valley. Comfortable seating on the decking boasts wonderful views of Snowdon to enjoy whilst eating or enjoying an evening drink. To the front of the house are views across fields to the sea and, in the distance, over to Anglesey. The house benefits from a good WiFi connection, internet television access, and bluetooth speaker.
