Beautiful, sunny, contemporary and very stylish apartment located in the centre of Edinburgh with spectacular views over the Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat. Only a few minutes away from the Royal Mile. The space We have for rent our gorgeous sunny and spacious apartment which is ideally situated to enjoy all the best that Edinburgh has to offer especially the festival(s) as everything is all within very close walking distance (Arthur's Seat, Holyrood Palace, Parliament). Royal Mile is only 10 minutes away and you can find there plenty of lovely restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. There are plenty of buses to the city centre within a few minutes walk. The flat is situated 20 minutes walk away from Waverley Station. Our apartment is a beautiful two level flat with a spacious dining area with an open plan kitchen, a lounge and the first bathroom on the first level and modern stairs and landing leading to all three bedrooms and a second bathroom on the second level. Our flat has an open plan kitchen and all modern and top quality electrical appliances such as fridge/frezeer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. The flat is very tastefully decorated creating a lovely space to come back and relax. We are situated right on Holyrood Park with gorgeous views of Arthur's Seat - the top tourist attraction in Edinburgh. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. The first bathroom has a bath, GROHE electric shower, toilet and a sink. The second bathroom has a very modern shower cabin with an electric GROHE shower, sink and toilet. The lounge has a TV giving you the opportunities to watch free movies through Netflix. It's a very warm south facing apartment with central heating and double-glazed windows. Free Internet access Wifi. Linen and towels are provided. LIMITED not guaranteed PAID PARKING available by the flat. Complementary Welcome Pack with coffee, tea, small milk and biscuits, cereal and crumpets or bagels. We supply dishwasher tablets, washing liquid and fabric softener. Please note this is a NO SMOKING&NO VAPING apartment and no pets are allowed. No stag or hen parties. We kindly ask to treat the residents with respect. There is an Eufy video doorbell installed by the entrance to the apartment (as per Edinburgh City Council recommendation and for the security of our guests). Other things to note PLEASE notice that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor (without a lift due to the age of the building) and the staircase is not suited to guests with mobility issues.
