Nice bright, quiet and sunny studio

Fully equipped and totally renovated in 2015, this bright apartment on the Antibes sea front will host two people comfortably. Right accross the street is one of most beautiful beach and view of the French Riviera. The appartment is looking over the green forest and garden of the Cap d'Antibes. Because the studio is not above the street and the beach it is quiet even during the high season. You can look over to the harbour from the side windows and balcony. The space This appartement is bright and sunny all year round. A confortable double bed and a large sofa will allow you to nap, read or watch international program on the TV at the same time. On the terrace an armchair and lounge chair and cushions are available. In the kitchen : electric cooking plates, small oven (not micowave), kettle and toaster. Also available basic products (oil, salt, sugar, coffee and tea). Brand new shower room with towels, shampoo and soap. There is a large built in cupboard for your clothe with also an electrical fan, a hoover, a hairdryer, an iron and mini-iron board, and an electric plug adapter. Additional pillows and blankets. A washing machine and dryer combine. At the bottom of the building there is a very nice Italian restaurant open all year round. A few minutes walk along the beach all the convenient stores are available : baker, grocer, news agent and bar, chemist... The beautifull Antibes old town with it's daily open air market, antique fair and museum are only a 15mn walk. Every half hour the bus that stop right in front of the building will take you to the other side of Antibes through the center of town and passing by the bus and train station. If needed a garage is available for your car (175cm maximum) Guest access Please note that I cannot offer the same arrival times as a hotel. Someone will come specially to welcome you and the arrival times are between 3 an 7pm. If you don't think you can arrive in these time frame please ask me before booking. The underground garage and the garage door is not very high and cannot accommodate cars higher than 175cm. Please be aware that the lift starts on a semi level (up), and to access the flat you have to go down (or up) a semi level once you have reached the fourth (or third) floor. This is the reason the appartment is not suited for disabled people. Other things to note An underground private garage is available for your car but it cannot accomodate a vehicule higher than 185cm
