Semi studio is at the entrance. My bathroom and kitchen line up in the hallway up to my bedroom. I have double door so we dont see or hear each other which gives me and guest great privacy. The room has many amenities. Fully furnished, a nice work space with a sturdy table and sitting area with couch, just designed as studio. Fridge, microwave. toaster, kettle, coffee maker. You can prepare your quick meals or breakfast in your space or welcome to use main kitchen. I am super clean. If you walk west towards the water for roughly 1-2 minutes, you can see beautiful views of the Hudson River! There are two grocery stores, a laundromat, and a Rite-Aid Pharmacy within a 2-minute walking distance, along with bodegas for other convenience items on each corner.
