The B&B is situated in a restored period farmhouse emerged in the Ligurian countryside which offers 2 luxurious ample rooms each with private en-suite bathrooms. Guests can enjoy our 18m pool with shallow end, a large garden, terrace and loungers. Full international breakfast included on the terrace. Restaurant is open at weekends. Owners live on site. CITR: 009056-BEB-0018 The space The room is situated on the 2nd floor with a large en-suite bathroom with views over the sea, pool and hills. It has a mini fridge and a safe. There is a communal space between the 2 B&B rooms with a library and sofas for relaxing. What makes Palazzo K special? If you are looking to visit Liguria and its beautiful coastline with pretty villages and beautiful beaches as well as its internal nature this could be your base. The property is only 2 km from the motorway exit of Altare and it takes around 15 min to hit the beach. The farmhouse, dating back to the 16th century, with its original chapel fully restored, offers guests the choice of 5 apartments for families and 2 B&B rooms. The furnishing is chosen carefully to blend in with its origins. You can enjoy the large garden with 18m pool, private sun loungers, a relaxing area near the woods for reading or a nice prosecco from our wine cellar. The property also has a restaurant open at weekends offering fish and meat dishes as well as a large wine list to choose a bottle to share. There is a large friendly dog, a cat and some farm animals such as a goat, chickens, a turtle and ducks to enjoy. We take great pride in making sure our guests are looked after as we live on site and any special wishes are granted when possible! Even dinner on the tower or an aperitif by the pool can be arranged-)) This is the perfect base to explore the surroundings yet relax amongst nature at palazzok. Looking forward to hosting you! Guest access The B&B rooms have designated sun loungers in the garden and you can use the 18m pool 24 hours a day. (renovated in 2025) The property has a large monitored internal carpark with EV charger. There are 2 large gardens at the front and back as well as a large terrace to enjoy the view of the sea. There is a park with swings and a 4m trampoline. The property has 5 apartments and 2 B&B rooms and guests share the garden and pool. The restaurant is open at weekends. Other things to note Before checking in we ask for documents and the tourist tax of 3,50 euros PER PERSON PER DAY which needs to be paid IN CASH. WE CANNOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. We live in the countryside so you need a car. There are plenty of restaurants in nearby villages or by the seaside. The rooms are situated on the second floor and have a safe and a mini fridge. The rooms do not offer cooking facilities as they are only bed and breakfast rooms. Our restaurant is open at the weekend and aperitifs are available. (Prosecco, wine or beer) No smoking - only outside. Diving is strictly forbidden, no pets allowed. The car charger is a 2 type charging cable. Outside space is shared with other guests. We live on site with our 3 children (12,14,15). NOTE: Be prepared for wildlife and some bugs which commonly live in this area. If you do not like bugs this is not the right place for you.
