Max capacity is 400kg. Attached picnic table / grill, fire pit and electricity. Canvas Kodiak tents: Setup on ground. Stylish and roomy. Tents are for 4, 6 or 8 people. Leather mattresses included. Other things to note Swings is a picnic, camping and outdoor park in one place. It is very crowded on peak days (All Summer days and weekends).
