Apartment 2 by Pension Ballwein

Our apartment building was completed in April 2021 and we are looking forward to hosting you. We have renovated the annex of the Pension Ballwein and converted the former guest rooms into 4 high-quality apartments. All apartments are located on the second floor and each have a balcony. We offer free WiFi & one parking space per apartment. A bus stop is located right in front of the house. Bus 21 takes you directly to Salzburg's old town. The space All apartments have been furnished with high-quality materials by a carpenter. On each balcony there is a seating area with a table. Here you can end your day and enjoy the view of the countryside. You can also wash your laundry in the "laundry room" on the first floor and dry it there. Other things to note In addition to the room rate, we as the lessor are obliged to pay a tourism tax to the city of Salzburg. This is not included in the apartment price. The tourism tax will be charged in addition after your booking & collected via a separate payment via AirBNB. The tourist tax depends on the reservation period and is calculated as follows: For stays up to and including December 31, 2024: €1.75 per person & per night For stays from 01/01/2025 to 04/30/2025: €1.85 per person & per night For stays from May 1, 2025: €3.55 per person & per night Please understand that we can only calculate this fee after your booking, as it depends on the number of guests, number of nights and travel period.
