At Casa Recto, rated 3*, you will find immediate proximity to the lake and mountains, our semi-detached house is located in the hamlet at the end of the lake, 3 km from the center of Doussard. The space The bike path is 50 meters from the house. It allows you to reach the center of the village of Doussard where you will find all the shops (post office, restaurants, pharmacy, butchers, Carrefour Contact, tobacco press) In summer, there is a market every Monday morning. Doussard beach is 5 min by bike via the bike path and 12 min walk The small beach at the end of the lake is 200 meters away. Annecy is 15 km away, accessible by bike path. Bus stop in front of the house (Annecy Albertville line). The house is in a cul-de-sac, sleeps 6. Internet access and free Wi-Fi Good to know: The road that borders the lake passes in front of the house so the noise is likely to disturb people looking for absolute calm, on the other hand it allows the proximity of the lake and stunning views! This is an ideal location between lake and mountain for a successful vacation. Nearby activities: - Water sports center (Doussard beach): catamaran, kayak, windsurfing, water skiing, pedal boats, paddleboard rentals... - Paragliding, tennis, bike path. - Pontoon facing the house (possibility of renting a boat mooring at the town hall) The nature reserve at the end of the lake is a beautiful walk, very accessible even for the youngest. Giez golf course is 7 km away and Talloires golf course is 12 km away. Quick access to ski resorts: 30/35 km for La Clusaz, Grand Bornand, Semnoz.
