Bucolic atmosphere of two bedrooms in the countryside

Our accommodation is perfect for families or groups of friends. Large house on two floors on a 6000 m2 plot surrounded by vineyards. It includes: on the first floor our accommodation with access to the shared kitchen; a ground floor reserved for you with toilet, bathroom and an area equipped with microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Breakfast is provided. Linens and towels are provided. You can freely use the garden, the barbecue. The space From the rooms, you will have a view of vineyards, flowers, and forest... The sunsets are often beautiful! Many walks on foot or by bike are available, between the vineyards, by the river, next to the Château de Valmer... In the evening, look up for stargazing! Guest access You will have access to the two guest rooms, the toilet and the bathroom nearby, as well as the upstairs if you wish to use the kitchen. The ground floor is reserved for you, with a furnished area featuring a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishes and a bar table. Breakfast will be provided. You can also enjoy our garden, garden furniture, and barbecue. During your stay The house is located in the Loire Valley, where there are many castles to visit (Royal City of Amboise 12 km, Chinon 40 km, Villandry 25 km, Chenonceau 30 km...). Beauval Zoo is also a must. There are many hikes to do (along the Loire, in the vineyards...), we are on the way to Saint Jacques de Compostela, cellars to visit. We have already carried out house exchanges within another association to go on vacation (Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Denmark, Austria, Canada). We have a binder available for tourist sites, and we will be sure to inform you if necessary. Other things to note COVID-19 Guests will be on the ground floor while we are on the first floor. Guests won't cross each other. As soon as a reservation is made, we close the other rooms. The bathroom and toilet are therefore for private use. Cleaning is done completely after each departure, as well as disinfection of handles, switches... We work and do everything we can to keep everyone safe and secure. Touraine is full of restaurants with local specialties. Tours is a very pretty historic city. You can consult the sites on Chançay, tourism in Vouvray, the Loire Valley. There are also traditional troglodyte dwellings to visit.
