Cozy townhouse in the heart of the old town

Our vacation home is located right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and vineyards. A five-minute walk to the Palatinate Forest with many hiking trails, Roman quarry, Celtic ring wall, forest pubs, castle ruins, etc. Two minutes' walk to the Salinarium with indoor/outdoor pool, casino and spa park. Ideal place to stay for a relaxing and/or active vacation. The space If you choose our small townhouse, you can enjoy all modern amenities and live in a building with flair that was already mentioned in the first edition of the cadastral plan of 1840. Through the entrance gate you reach the small courtyard from the street. Two steps lead to the entrance of the house. You enter an anteroom with a wardrobe. Here on the first floor you will find the bright living room with dining area and the separate kitchen. The seating area, as well as coffee table and smart TV (55"), invite you to relax. The dining area is equipped with a table and four chairs. The fully equipped kitchen offers you an oven, four-burner ceramic stovetop with extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. A kettle is available for tea drinkers. Through a pass-through, you can place the food directly in the dining area. A staircase leads you to the first floor. There you will find the modern furnished daylight bathroom with large walk-in rain shower, toilet and sink. Next door is the spacious bedroom, furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and large wardrobe (including safe). Due to the renovation of the old stock, the staircase leading to the attic into the second bedroom unfortunately does not meet today's standards and, as in all old townhouses, takes getting used to and is somewhat steeper. This room, with a slightly lower ceiling height (1.85 m), is equipped with two single beds (each 90 × 200 cm), a clothes rack with hangers and a chest of drawers. Two armchairs with side table also invite you to linger or watch TV (24" smart TV). From the upper windows, you have a beautiful view of the Palatinate Forest and the Kriemhildenstuhl. In front of the bedroom is a small reading corner where you will find some novels and thrillers as well as a few young adult books. In the courtyard is the laundry room with washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board and iron. Furthermore, an umbrella and the seat cushions for the outdoor seating area are stored there (four chairs with table).
