Residence La Valdana*** offers autonomous and indipendent apartments surrounded by nature, in an oasis of peace and tranquillity. Located in the middle of the island in a strategic position you can reach all the coast sides, beaches, picturesque towns and landscapes of this beautiful island. Many incuded services as swimming pool, covered parking, wifi, tennis, table tennis, playground, coin-washmachine and free parking 200 meters from the beaches of Felciaio and Lido di Capoliveri. The space Superior 3-room-apartment: (45 metres²), living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, 3 ventilator, fully equipped terrace with table and chairs. All apartments are completely autonomous and independent with a private entrance to ensure privacy and comfort, located in various buildings, on the ground floor with patio or on the first floor with balcony. Furnished in a simple and functional way, equipped with ventilator (one for every sleeping space), TV, private bathroom, kitchenette with gas/induction hob and fridge with freezer, covered private parking and outdoor furniture as chairs and umbrellas that can be taken to the beach. (The photos are only an example to show the standard and the sizes of the accommodation type as our apartments are not all the same but different from each other.) Reservations accepted for 7/14/21 nights with arrival and departure on friday or sunday (depends from the availability). in some periods and on request it could be also possible to accept reservations with different arrival and departure days and for only 3,4 or 5 nights. Guest access Price includes: WiFi in the common areas, electricity, gas, hot and cold water, bed linen with weekly change (stays of 14/21/28 nights), basic kitchenware, final cleaning, swimming pool (from mid may to mid october), covered parking, tennis, table tennis, children playground, barbecue areas, bar with solarium terrace, safe at the reception, coin wash machine, sun beds and umbrellas in each apartment can be taken to the beach, free parking at the near Felciaio Beach (1 km.) is also included and free for our guests. Hair dryers, adapters and kitchen-towels available upon request subject to availability. Not included: - Bath-towels not included but rentable with a supplement of € 5,00 per person for each change. - Equipment for children and babies free if brought by you or with a supplement of € 8,00/night or € 50,00/week if provided by us on reservation (includes 1 camping bed or 1 side rail, 1 high chair, 1 baby bath, 1 potty). - It is possible to book an "essential kit" with basic products at a cost of € 10,00. The kit includes olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, dishwashing detergent, dishwashing sponge, liquid hand soap, kitchen paper and toilet paper. At the reception we rent, free of charge, tennis and table tennis equipment, soccer-, basket- and volleyball, playing cards, uno cards, board games, books and balls for table football. It is allowed to rent only one thing at a time. A Play Station 3 with some games and 2 controllers is also available at a cost of € 5,00 per day. Pets admitted only on request at a cost of € 8,00 per day, but not allowed in shared areas. The pool is available from mid may to mid october. At 1 km from "La Valdana" our guests enjoy, exclusively, free parking at the Felciaio beach, one of the most beautiful on the island.
