Now we are moving forward, but leaving our treasure behind- for you. Lake view is so breathtaking, you are almost falling into it. Virtuoso birds are singing into the silence. Welcome to Paradise. The space The estate is located on the outskirts of Balatonalmádi, on Újhegy above Balatonfűzfő, surrounded by nature conservation forests. From every corner of the area, the eastern basin of the lake unfolds before you. The garden is bordered by jungle on all sides, guaranteeing the coveted privacy. ♥ The special feature of the guest house is that although it is separated from everything, at the edge of the forest, it is close to everything: road 71 is 2 minutes away; the nearest beach is 5 minutes; The center of Balatonalmádi is an 8-minute drive away. Stepping out of the gate and walking through the forest, you can reach the fantastic plateau of Veszprém. You can take a half-hour hike to the mystical "Dead City" in Szentkirályszabadja. By car you can reach the center of Veszprém in 18 minutes and Balatonfüred in 20 minutes. There is also a spit on the Balaton Bob track. ♥ The dirt road to the house is crowded - gives you the opportunity to slow down and get to peace. ♥ In the garden there is a pagoda with a comfortable sofa, a sandy slide and a large bouncy for the little ones. The cottage can be accessed from the covered terrace with a breathtaking panorama. The terrace houses the most magical outdoor shower on Lake Balaton, from where the bather can watch the sailboats on the water. ♥ As the house is next to a protected forest area, our flora and fauna are flourishing! Wild boars and deers might appear in the neighbourhood, wild flowers blossom under your feet, all kinds of instincts, butterflies and spiders are living on the territory. Please do not hurt them, as they were here first! The house has: ¤ Two bedrooms with 4 beds, + 1 sofa bed ¤ Wifi, Air conditioning ¤ Spacious living room with tiled stove and sofa bed. ¤ Self-built bathroom made of wood ¤ Storage room with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave ¤ Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, electricity, panoramic views. As for the provisions: ¤ Parking space ¤ Outdoor seating ¤ Small playground for children ¤ Blankets, chair cushions, lanterns and garlands ¤ Bed linen and towels for all guests Who we can accept: ¤ 4 +1 people ¤ We welcome children as well, but don't expect eu-compliant child safety, but rather your grandmother's cottage :) ¤ Puppies are welcome, but the plot is not 100% fenced and wild. Puppies can only be left alone in the kennel in the house. What to expect: ¤ As we are on the edge of the outskirts, there is a lot of hunting in the area. ¤ You can admire most of the insect world of the Carpathian Basin here - please don't hurt the spiders, they will do you a favor! ¤ We are continously improving the garden and the house, so it might differ from the pictures- ina good way :) ¤ The last 200 meters of the road leading to us will really allow you to slow down - it is recommended to change to speed 1 ¤ Waze knows the way here, but Goggle Maps does not.
