Our Victorian home dates back to 1886. Come step back in time and experience the splendor of a bygone era. Original hardwood floors, slate roof, 12 ft. ceilings, grand staircase, formal dining room and parlor. There are 7 bedrooms and 6 baths. Breakfast is served in the formal dining room on fine china. All on 20 acres in the heart of the Catskill mountains. Enjoy the beauty the mountains have to offer or just relax on the porch and enjoy the view. A four seasons playground to explore. A Nationally Registered historic 1886 Victorian bed and breakfast located in the Catskill mountains. We have discount lift tickets for Belleayre ski center and FREE use of the recreation center indoor pool and workout facilities are included from November to March. Free use of the onsite hot tub is included all year round. There is WIFI throughout the house, TV in each room, private bathrooms. A full breakfast is served in the dining room and included in the price. There are no kitchen facilities available, however there is a microwave and mini fridge for your use in the den. There also is a parlor with gas fireplace for your own use. Use of the barn for weddings/ parties is an extra pricing and guidelines and listed separately on this site. We are located near Roxbury, Andes, Bovina, Pine Hill. Price includes sales tax but not bed tax which will charged at check in. You will have access to all the house and the grounds except kitchen, and private quarters. Limited use of the dining room, breakfast only. I live onsite and have staff to help when I'm not available. Can accommodate special dietary needs. Its the mountains and therefore located in a rural area and a car is highly recommended. Nights are cool in the summer. Good walking shoes also recommended. Trailways bus can drop you off at the Margaretville Motel. We can drive you to our location or any of our facilities and you can walk to town, it is 1.5 miles on a mountain slope. Feel at home.
