A small French-British family welcomes you warmly to come and recharge your batteries in the South region of Pelo with its beautiful beaches and in its land of an authentic and cozy Brittany. Price includes a quality breakfast The space Our little guesthouse is in a 19th century home and is decorated in the spirit of the time while being modernized, for example, with modern showers and touches of exotic decorations from our travels. Well located, the house is 400 meters from the village and 900 meters (or 15 min walk) from the nearest beach, or customs trails, GR34. Etables s/mer is a pleasant seaside village with pretty villas in the 10th and beautiful beaches and close to the more lively towns of Binic and Saint Quay Portrieux which are 2-3km each. We have at your disposal a pretty flowery and sunny courtyard (facing southwest) and you can also enjoy our large private garden (1200 m2) where there are sun loungers , armchairs for aperitivo or to relax. There are even two hammocks under a large tree and there is also a large eucalyptus between the other trees and flowers in the garden. In this garden, we also have an outdoor kitchen (under a gallery with a sitting/reading area facing the garden) equipped for our guests with fridge(s) that are given to each room/suite, a gas stove and a gas BBQ. We also have some bikes of different sizes (6 in total for adults and children) available to our guests for small walks. These are ready but available at the request of all our hosts. This pleasant garden also has a ping pong table, two swings, a boules pitch and outdoor games. The small vegetable garden and our orchard will offer you some organic ingredients for breakfast or for the guest table. At the back of the garden we have one or two sheep and a few chickens and our 2 cats are very cuddly but they are not allowed to enter the rooms. Our breakfasts are varied (changes every day over a week for example and per season) but are served with local specialties and homemade dishes. They are appreciated by our hosts and you will have fruit, juices or smoothies of dairy products, cakes or flans or pancakes, cereals and bread varieties and good jams. Guest access We offer parking to our visitors or exceptionally a locked space for a car, if needed. You have to park in our parking lot on the white gravel in front of the house gate (spaces for 4 cars) otherwise in a 5th space next to our land but not in front of our neighbors. During your stay We chat at breakfast (depending on the availability and desires of each person) or at other times of the day or during the evening table d 'hôtes, this draws an ideal time to chat more long and convivially. I remain discreet if you prefer more tranquility and so that access/corridors to your rooms remain rather private. Other things to note Another check-in time might be possible but usually this is from 5pm and check-out is around 11am.
