Pet friendly Cozy Cactus TinyHome 2.6mi from Frio

Our smallest and coziest tiny home (it is super tiny!). This bright and airy, super tiny one room studio tiny home with a kitchenette (mini fridge & microwave) is located right off of highway 83, about 3.4 miles from Garner and 3.3 miles from the Frio river. A no frills spot perfect for two people to relax after exploring the area. This is our only tinyhome that does not have a full kitchen, it does have an outdoor bbq pit. $60 pet fee per dog with breed restrictions. No dogs over 50lbs The space We are only a few miles away from both Garner State Park and thr Frio River (the Third Crossing drop off spot in Concan). This area is surrounded by birds, who make daily appearances in the morning. So far, we’ve spotted an Indigo Bunting, Vermilion Flycatcher, Eastern Bluebird, and even the rare Golden Cheeked Warbler! Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise. This is truly a place to get away from it all, and enjoy nature, friends, and family. We do have WiFi though if you need to connect or work. Feel free to browse our orchard and pick fruit when in season, or select fresh herbs from our herb garden for cooking. We have apple trees, plum trees, a fig tree, pear tree, apricot tree, and peach tree. All of our trees were planted with you in mind. We hope you enjoy our fruit as much as we do! We also have a medicinal herb/tea garden that you are welcome to enjoy. Guest access You will have full access to this one room tiny home, including the front porch, picnic table, and bbq pit. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge. This house does not have a full kitchen. Other things to note *Any extra guests beyond the maximum amount for this house will be asked to leave. The maximum for this house is 2 people. We will not allow any more people beyond this amount.* Be sure to bring beach towels. We do not provide beach towels, and will charge for any missing towels. We do have WiFi, but it might not be as fast as what you have in the city. ***There is no grocery store in Concan. Be sure to bring groceries with you.***
