This newly updated peaceful barn is part of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse. The farm has views to the Cotswolds, Malvern's and to Bredon Hill. It is 7 miles from Regency Cheltenham 3 miles to historic Tewkesbury. There are lovely gardens and an outdoor tennis court. There are fresh eggs and a warm welcome from our Bernese Mountain dog and time meeting farm animals on request. The annexe has a brand new kitchen and great views from the large antique bed. The farm runs alongside the barn. The space A mile from the banks of the Severn and the Saxon village of Deerhurst, 3 miles from medieval Tewkesbury, 7 miles from Regency Cheltenham, 7 miles from the Cathedral City of Gloucester and 30-40 minutes drive from famous Cotswold villages such as Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the Wold, Broadway and Chipping Campden. The grounds have 360 degree views. The farm animals are around the house and live in neighbouring barns. We access the barn patio twice a day for water access for feeding the animals. Guest access Guests park their car on our drive and walk on a little path with a few steps through our walled garden to the annexe which is on the west side of the house. The annexe has views north and south. The annexe is a large open plan area over two floors. The kitchen is generous for two people. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, and there is a breakfast bar and dining table. The living area has a sofa and armchair and tv. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with king size bed and wardrobe. The shower room is en suite. During your stay We will be on-site much of the time. We want to give our guests space and so will not seek them out. They can always seek us . Other things to note We have 4 children, 3 cats a dog and farm animals. Currently these include Guinea Fowl, Ducks, Turkeys, Geese, Chickens and Pigs. Feeding some of the the farm animals is possible just let us know. We also have peacocks. A pond is in view of the annexe and we have a heron that regularly visits as do deer. There is a heated outdoor pool which can be used by guests at times to be agreed with us (May to September)
