Description
Our lovely house is a Victorian terraced cottage located 2 minutes away from Harbour Street and its shops, restaurants and cosy pubs. The house offers three double bedrooms, an open plan dining and sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and sunny South-facing garden. *Please note that the house may be unsuitable for small children or those with reduced mobility. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep and narrow. The house's emergency exit route and bathroom are downstairs.* The space We have a large sitting room and dining area, with a table large enough to seat 6 guests, and small nook perfect for curling up with a book. Our kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you will need. Our fully enclosed South-facing private garden gets the sun all day, making it perfect for dining, sunbathing or just relaxing with a drink. We provide an outside table with parasol and 6 chairs. Bedroom 1 at the front of the house has a king-size bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe for storage. Bedroom 2 is a medium-sized double room with bedside table and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 is a small double room with limited storage. *Due to the steep stairs, the house may not be suitable for small children or those with reduced mobility. The bathroom is downstairs, and the emergency exit route for the house is also downstairs. Please inform us beforehand if there us anything we should be aware of in terms of accessibility needs* We have Wi-Fi, washing machine, TV with Freeview and a DVD player, and a selection of books and board games. Please note that the street is narrow and while parking is free, finding a space can be difficult particularly at weekends and in the summer! Guest access Guests will have use of the entire property, with the exception of several cupboards in which we keep personal items. Other things to note All three beds are doubles. The stairs are steep and there is no stairgate, so please bear this in mind if you are coming with small children. As the stairs are steep, the house may be less accessible for small children or elderly or less mobile guests, particularly at night (please note the bathroom is downstairs). Please let us know beforehand if there are any accessibility needs that we would need to consider for your reservation.
