A 15-minute walk from the station, with easy and free parking, right next to the UAB (Autonomous University of Barcelona). Ideal for university students, postgraduates, internships at the Veterinary Hospital, Sabadell Airport, and for remote work. The room cannot be locked. (Min. 32 nights) The space Very quiet house with good views and in a privileged environment close to nature. Well connected by car and with the train relatively close. Very large and spacious kitchen in the shape of an island. Very pleasant common outdoor spaces. Right to use kitchen, bathroom, linen and towel service. Including cleaning of common areas. 1Gbit fiber optic wifi internet. Guest access It is a residential neighborhood. It is ideal for driving and you can park freely and free on the street. To go to the UAB, train station or supermarket you can walk. During your stay I am a communicative person but I do not usually have much relation with the guests. I am full accessible to solve any question or problems. Other things to note I have an older Dalmatian dog in the garden and she comes into the house with me when I am there. He is very friendly.
