Our boutique apartments 1, 2 and 3 are located in Kos town, which is the capital of the island of Kos and belongs to a team of twelve beautiful islands named Dodecanese. Christina Kos 3 is a freshly renovated beautiful modern apartment. It is a surprisingly spacious 86 sqm,2 bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a two floor building. In just 3 min and less than 100 min walking or even in half a min bicycling you reach the famous Kos coast and the seafront with beaches. The space Christina Kos boutique apartment 3 is a 86 square meter apartment located on the first floor of a two-story building with city view and a shaded balcony which can offer you nice coffee breaks. It consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom with a rain shower. A stylish comfortable living room with a smart T.V. welcomes you in your entrance sharing space with a custom made wooden bar table with bar stools where a laptop working station is located. Open-air fully equipped kitchen with a dining table complements the living room space. Kitchen has a regular size oven, large refrigerator, dish washer, espresso coffee machine and all the needed kitchenware making the apartment an ideal habitat for even longer periods of time when someone desires to combine work with pleasure. The bar table with the stools is ideal also for breakfast whereas the large wooden dining table offers an ideal position even for laptop working. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed along with a non-spring biologic aloe mattress. The second bedroom has two twin size beds that can turn to a king size if placed together. The large bathroom contains a washing machine, convenient modern cupboards and plenty of space for personal items. The sofa bed in the living room can turn into a queen bed or two twin ones. There is a possibility for a baby cot if necessary. Christina boutique apartment 3 can host up to 6 persons Guest access The building's entrance is located on the left side of the building. The entrance key will be located in a locking box installed on the right side of the door. You will be given a 4 digit code to open the box and retrieve the building΄s door key. At your departure please dont forget to drop off the key . The apartment electronic wi-fi enabled lock is right on the apartment door and the key code is generated each time for every new booking . This code will be also mailed to you before your arrival. Other things to note Kos lies in the center of the Dodecanese complex and is one of the most popular Greek islands. Sandy beaches, a 15 km seaside bicycle truck and rich history are the three major attractions of Kos, along with vivid nightlife that young people adore. Amazing ancient places are inviting you to visit letting you dive into a most admired period. Among these is the unique Hippocrates Aslepeion, the first ancient hospital. Kos was chosen to host the father of Medicine’s unique Healing Treatment Place! Other interesting sites on the island include the Ancient Agora, the Venetian Castle of Neratzia in Kos Town and the Fortress in Antimachia.
