The space Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, our 100-m² house with character (on the ground floor, unfinished upper floor) is detached and fully restored (exposed stones and beams, typical regional "bassière" and "cantou", slate roof). It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and a baby. 30 m² living room: fireplace with insert, large screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, Wi-Fi internet connection Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: oven, ceramic stove, extraction hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, cooking utensils... Washing machine 3 bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with a double bed - 1 Bd with double bed and single bed (wrought iron daybed) - 1 small BD with single bed Bathroom with 2 sinks and bathtub, separate toilet Large 2000 m² wooded garden enclosed by a dry stone wall: 2 garden furniture sets, barbecue and children's games Electric central heating (radiators in each room and heated floor in the living room) + wood-burning stove (½ cubic meter of firewood provided, additional firewood: €30 for ½ cubic meter / €60 for 1 cubic meter) Baby furniture available: baby bed, high chair, bathtub, changing mat, potty, bottle warmer Quiet and clean pets accepted (notify owner at time of booking) Tourist documentation available ACTIVITES Many sites to discover and many activities nearby: forest walks, mountain biking (Base Départementale de Vélo Loisirs à Sédières), Etang de Laborde, Lac de Marcillac-la-Croisille, canoe descents framed on the Dordogne, Château de Sédières (in summer: current music festival, opera, exhibition...), Argentat sur Dordogne, Beaulieu sur Dordogne, Gimel waterfalls, the Towers of Merle, farms of the Middle Ages in Xaintria, Chirac museum in Sarran, Tulle, Canal des monines à Aubazine, Pompadour, Collonges-la-Rouge, Curemonte, Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour.....
