The Signature at MGM is three 38 story condo-hotel towers connected to the MGM Grand via climate controlled walkway with moving sidewalks. The space This unit is on the 15th floor of tower #3 facing the strip, with a good view of Sphere as a bonus! There are no resort fees required for my guests. The Signature - managed by MGM - does require a credit card hold of $100/night up to a total of $300 for on property charges.
