This beach house is not quite like the rest. We are located inside of Paula's Vineyard RV Resort. This means you have access to some great community amenities like: A crabbing dock, playground, open-air community center, furnished balconies, a laundry facility, on-site property manager, ice machine, fish storage, and plenty of parking space! The home itself is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home on-top of the open air community center. The Beach - Enjoy 27 miles of beach shoreline on Bolivar Peninsula. The space You are welcome to use all the amenities in the Beach House as well as the community amenities. Unfortunately at this time the bath tub jets aren’t working. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Other things to note This Beach House is inside of an RV park, not all amenities are private. Such as the overlook area. Swing set and play ground. The beach is about a mile away. Enjoy the 27 miles of beach for all your outdoor activities.
