House near a ski resort

The space A two-storey house is rented out near the Sun Valley ski resort (the maximum time to arrive at the Sun Valley is 5 minutes). The house was commissioned in December 2019, everything is fresh, new. Nearby there is a pond "forest lake" (10 minutes by car), 15 km to Lake Turgoyak. The house has 2 floors, on the ground floor there is a large kitchen-living room, the kitchen has everything you need (from a stove, refrigerator, kettle, to dishes), warm floors. Also on the ground floor there is a room (with a double bed, if you wish, you can put a baby cot or a folding bed), the room is locked with a key and has its own shower and toilet in the room. On the second floor there are 3 separate rooms: one double, the second "family" consists of two rooms (in the first part there is a folding sofa for 2 people, in the second - a double bed), the third room has 3 single beds. Also in each of these rooms there is a separate shower and toilet, each is locked with a key. Each room has a TV. The house has 4 bedrooms! One downstairs, three upstairs! The total capacity of the house is a maximum of 15 people (13 full beds with linen and we can provide 2 folding beds). The house is very warm, bright. Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out is at 12 pm, or by agreement. The house does not have a bath, you can rent a bath nearby on the neighboring plot. A deposit of 7000 is taken! Upon departure, the deposit is returned. The date is closed only with a 50% prepayment! From Monday to Thursday the price of the house is 17 thousand!
