House with Pool/Jacuzzi/SPA Serra da Estrela

Casa de Lagarinhos is a magnificent, fully renovated, century-old house where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Enjoy the new heated outdoor pool with stunning views of the Serra da Estrela, heated covered jacuzzi, spa with sauna and Turkish bath, fitness center and game room. Located in the village of Lagarinhos, between Seia and Gouveia, it also has a fully equipped kitchen, large living rooms, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and private parking. The space Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV (fiber) with several channels included. Towels (1 set per guest), bed linens, and shower gel included for each guest. Private parking Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, 2 stovetops, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, coffee machine (Delta Q), microwave and toaster. 6 Bedrooms, 2 of them suites with private WC. 5 of them are double beds and one of the bedrooms a single bed. We also have 2 more single beds that we will leave where you need them. Note: Jacuzzi is cleaned and filled at each guest change. We are proudly an "Animal Friendly" property, but as with everything, there are some rules: - Payment of a fee per animal; - You must ALWAYS inform the owners if you plan to bring a pet, as we need to schedule an additional cleaning of the property after check-out; -2 Pets maximum per stay; - The presence of animals on the bedroom floor is EXPRESSLY prohibited; - The owner must be responsible for any damage caused by the animal; - If anything requires extra cleaning, the cost must be borne by the pet owners; - Cleaning of all animal waste in the courtyards of the house. Swimming Pool Usage Guide: Welcome! We want you to enjoy the pool safely and have a great stay. Time * The pool is available daily during open hours (in winter, you should check if it is available) * Use after 11 pm is not recommended due to the noise it may cause. General Rules * Guests are fully responsible for the use of the swimming pool. * There is no lifeguard or permanent surveillance. * Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult, both in and out of the water. * A shower is mandatory before entering the pool. * People with open wounds or contagious diseases are not allowed inside. *We emphasize that visitors who are not part of the stay are not allowed. Safety - please note the pool height of 1.60 m * It is forbidden to run, dive headfirst, push other people or engage in dangerous play. * Climbing, sitting, or jumping into the water from the walls or edges of the pool is not allowed. * Do not use glasses, bottles or any glass object in the pool area. * In case of thunderstorms or adverse weather conditions, leave the pool immediately. Water Conservation * Do not use excessive creams, oils or suntan lotions before entering the water. * Do not bring in large inflatable toys without authorization. * Do not throw any objects or products into the pool. Heating * The pool is heated for greater comfort. The water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions, and a specific temperature is not guaranteed. Liability * The owner is not liable for accidents resulting from improper use of the pool or failure to comply with these rules. * Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the premises or equipment. * The use of the pool implies full acceptance of these rules.
