Sitting area has a sofa-bed and large TV. Fully fitted kitchen. Suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Large shower in fully tiled bathroom. Heated towel rail The space Your private parking space is on the premises outside the front door. There is a communal front door with key pad safe which you use to access the entrance hall. Once inside, Studio 3 is on the first floor with a sign on its front door "3 Bay Studio" and a Key Safe including keys to the Studio and the parking hoop. You will need these keys to lower the parking hoop to allow you to use your exclusive on site parking space. Wi fi is included. Bedding and sheets are provided for the Double Bed. Guests must bring their own bedding if they want to use the sofa-bed. A welcome pack including tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits provided to help you immediately settle in when you arrive. You are welcome to store your surfboards and wetsuits and any other equipment you have inside the apartment. The apartment is 5 minutes walk away from the world famous South West Coast Path. Ideal for walking either to or from Braunton Burrows and /or Ilfracombe and Combe Martin. Guest access The Studio has its own front door leading off from the communal stair and landing.
