Holiday Home Art - Bol is an authentic Dalmatian stone house. It has been fully modernized to keep up with 21st-century comforts. The house is located in the center of Bol and it can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a patio, and a charming shaded backyard with sun loungers and a gas BBQ. We invite you to visit our house and experience Bol in a completely different way! The space Holiday Home ART - Bol is a two-storey house(100m2). The ground floor consists of a living room with SAT-TV, a fully equipped kitchen (dining table, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender and all kitchen cutlery and utensils you might need) and two bathrooms of which one has a washing machine that might come in handy if you have been traveling for longer. At the entrance of the house, you'll find a spacious shaded area furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying some quality time together. Moving up to the first floor, you'll discover three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms boast large double beds (180x190), while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90x200). To ensure a comfortable stay during hot summer nights, the AC is strategically placed in the hallway of the first floor, effectively cooling all the bedrooms. Additionally, all the bedrooms and the living room on the ground floor are equipped with ceiling fans. The best feature of the house, besides the patio in front of the house, is definitely the backyard. Greenery-surrounded area equipped with sun loungers, a swinging bench and a gas BBQ where you can make your favorite meals. As the town of Bol is small, finding parking in the center can be difficult. However, we have managed to secure two parking spots for those arriving by car, which is only 100 meters away from the house. The daily price for parking is 7,00 € per car (payment upon arrival). If you plan to arrive by car, please let us know and we will provide detailed instructions on how to reach the parking spot. If you're seeking a peaceful vacation in the heart of Bol, with a mix of tradition and modern amenities, and plenty of artistic details, you've come to the right place. Guest access The rest of the equipment available for our guests is a safe, SAT TV, WiFi, an air conditioner, an iron, a travel baby cot(upon request), a hairdryer, towels, linen, and basic kitchen condiments. We change towels every 3 days and sheets every 7 days. Other things to note When you book with us, you can expect friendly and welcoming communication throughout your booking process.
