Small, fine attic apartment

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used. The space The apartment has a large, bright bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200). Of course, there are also bed linens and towels. In the kitchen-living room there is a cozy sitting area to relax, as well as everything you need to cook. You are welcome to use tea, coffee, oil, sugar and salt. The bathroom/toilet is small but nice. It has a bathtub/shower and a hairdryer. The washing machine is in the basement. An iron and ironing board are provided. Guest access Central house entrance, also illuminated at night. Central staircase leads to the separate apartment on the third floor.
