“Home Life” kolkata Basu’s homestay “ surrender”

I have used quite a number of recycled itmes. It’s an ethnic homestay and i have pets living here with me on a separate floor though. All the rooms are east facing where guests can enjoy the sunlit room every morning .The room also has a cozy balcony along with which there’s also an attached washroom. The room has a 2 seater bamboo dining table too for guests to enjoy good food. The room is about 9 ft by 8 ft approximately and has an attached balcony facing the main rd and an attached bathroom. The space It’s an ethnic homestay, where pets are most welcome. I stay in this homestay with my family on another floor. So the guests have thorough privacy. It’s on the main road from where the local market is about 100 meters and the bus stand is about 20 steps away and one can uber from the gate itself. Guest access The entire house belongs to the guests but is definitely shared as I have 3 LISTINGS ON AIRBNB BY THE NAMES " PEACE", "HONESTY " and " SURRENDER". Guests have free access to the roof top terrace garden any and every time. They also have free access to the washing machine room for washing clothes and clothes can be hung in their individual room balcony where a cloth hanger is provided or they are most welcome to also hang clothes up on the terrace under the shade provided. I live with my family on the 2nd floor with my pets too, so if the guests wish to, they are more than welcome to meet my family on the 2nd floor. The living and the Dining area is open for all the guests from the 3 rooms and is a common space for all the guests. Tea-coffee is kept there 24hrs with an electric kettle and guests are free to use any and every time.The living and dining space is an open space with large windows overlooking the main side road. Guests are asked to feel free to use the space for meeting friends, listening to music, relaxing, chatting with family or working on their individual laptops. During your stay I am mostly available if not physically always over phone for my guests. Other things to note THE CENTRAL PARK METRO STATION IS 1km and THE CITY CENTRE METRO STATION IS 2kms.Local market is about 100 meters, 3 bakery shops about 20 steps from the homestay, coffee shop is about 300 meters. The park next to the homestay is breathtaking and is a great park for jogging, walking.
