Among the accommodations, you will find a three-room apartment of 70 square meters. Another one located on the first floor, with independent entrance, which has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds and a single sofa bed, bathroom with shower and related services, independent heating, a shared washing machine, and then a 65 sq.m. ground floor composed of independent entrance, double bedroom, large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, full kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower and full services, independent heating. Furthermore, the Villa features another three-room apartment of 70 square meters on the first floor. with separate entrance, two bedrooms (one double – with the possibility of an extra bed – and a double), a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with shower and related services and a further three-room apartment of 65 square meters located on the ground floor with independent entrance and structured also to accommodate people with disabilities. Inside this space consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 beds, a large living room with fireplace and a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a spacious bathroom with shower and services. Outside the estate, there is a large and comfortable swimming pool (7 x 14 meters) surrounded by the green garden. The pool is surrounded by a solarium equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and a gazebo with tables and chairs. The structure also has a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, wi-fi, table tennis, a large organic vegetable garden with all kinds of veggies available for free for guests and mountain bikes for everyone at no extra cost. At 300 meters there is a small lake for fishing. Not far away there is a tennis court, a riding school and an equipped airfield for flights with Cesna planes. The flow of time of your holiday here will be marked by a sundial, an instrument that measured the hours of the day at the time of the Romans then replaced by the hands of the clocks, from which the name of this dwelling takes its origins. OUTDOORS A functional and furnished porch allows you to enjoy the landscape and the farmlands sheltered from the sun and relaxed. INTERIORS The interiors are rustic, with classic style, but sober and very cozy. We always find the original bricks at sight in all the rooms of the Villa and furniture in dark and contrasting wood.
